Dr. Rachael Creisher

General Dentist

 

Dr. Rachael Creisher, DMD, is a kind-hearted, patient-centered general dentist who is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for like family. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology before continuing her education at the University of New England’s College of Dental Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree along with a Certificate in Public Health.

 

Dr. Creisher is skilled in all aspects of general dentistry and especially enjoys cosmetic and prosthetic cases that help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She believes in personalized, preventive care and strives to make every dental experience positive and stress-free.

 

Following in the proud footsteps of her father and grandfather, both dentists who dedicated their careers to the profession, Dr. Creisher continues her family’s legacy of excellence in dentistry. Her passion for helping others extends beyond her practice—she devotes time to providing free dental care to underprivileged communities through mission trips, particularly in Guatemala.

 

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Creisher enjoys traveling the world, spending time outdoors, and staying active through exercise. She is also dedicated to lifelong learning, continually expanding her knowledge through study groups and continuing education.

Dr. Chelsea Toussaint

Associate General Dentist

 

Dr. Chelsea Toussaint, DMD, is a board-certified general dentist and graduate of the University of New England College of Dental Medicine. Originally from northern Maine, Dr. Toussaint brings more than 15 years of experience in public health dentistry, providing compassionate care to children, individuals experiencing homelessness, and underserved populations across the state.

 

Her dental career began as a dental hygienist, graduating summa cum laude from the University of New England in 2008. Motivated by her desire to enhance the comfort and quality of dental care, she went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. While in dental school, Dr. Toussaint studied alongside Dr. Rachael Creisher, where the two became close friends and discovered a shared passion for providing dental care in a kind, welcoming, and patient-centered way.

 

Dr. Toussaint focuses on education, prevention, and teamwork, helping each patient feel informed, supported, and confident in their care. Her gentle and empathetic approach ensures patients of all ages feel at ease in the dental chair.

 

Outside the office, Dr. Toussaint is a talented musical artist and enjoys painting, videography, sailing, and traveling. She currently resides in Portland, Maine, where she continues to bring her warmth, artistry, and dedication to every patient she serves.
